Since we don’t offer refunds, we will be pleased to arrange an exchange for a different item for you.
Your item needs to be undamaged, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order for it to be eligible for exchange. Also necessary is the receipt or other evidence of purchase.
Please email us at domesticsales@ramfashion.com to initiate an exchange. In order to assist you with the exchange process, one of our Exchange Team representatives will contact you as soon as we receive your request for an exchange. Generally, we ship the necessary article after the customer ships his or her item back to our warehouse.Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us back the item you have, and notify us what is needed in by you exchange. Once approved, we will ship your exchange item(upon receiving the old item from your side).
